Frango estufado com ervilhas e cenouras / chicken stew with peas and carrots (rice optional)


Ingredients:

1 Young chicken, chopped (they taste much better)

1/2 cup olive oil

1 and 1/2 cups onions chopped

1 cup cilantro

1 cup parsley

2 cups tomatoes, peeled and chopped

1 tbsp paprika

2 bay leaves

Pepper

Salt

1 stock cube

2 cups chopped carrots

2 cups of frozen peas

Optional: 1 cup of rice
